Job Responsibilities: 
1. Design and implement subsystems or core software modules in alignment with system-level requirements specifications and architectural design documentation. 
2. Conduct technical reviews of subsystem and module design proposals, including architecture evaluation, interface consistency analysis, and traceability verification; perform structured code walkthroughs to ensure adherence to coding standards, functional correctness, and maintainability. 
3. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives for assigned subsystems or modules through metrics-based assessment, root-cause analysis of defects, integration of automated testing practices, and iterative refinement of development workflows.
 
Job Requirements: 
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Automation, or a closely related discipline; minimum one year of professional experience in C++ development, with demonstrated expertise in Qt-based application development. 
2. Strong command of C/C++ language fundamentals—including memory management, object lifetime, and low-level system interaction—as well as proven proficiency with at least one industry-standard IDE (e.g., Visual Studio, Qt Creator, or CLion). 
3. Solid working knowledge of core Windows platform technologies, including inter-process communication (IPC), multithreading, dynamic-link libraries (DLLs), and Component Object Model (COM) architecture. 
4. Demonstrated ability to apply object-oriented design principles in C++, with advanced proficiency in the Standard Template Library (STL); hands-on experience developing production-grade GUI applications using Qt or MFC. 
5. Extensive experience in Windows-native C++ development and debugging workflows, coupled with deep conceptual understanding of the architectural foundations and internal mechanisms of both MFC and Qt frameworks. 
6. Practical competence in at least three of the following technical domains: relational database integration (e.g., SQLite, SQL Server), computer graphics programming (e.g., OpenGL, Direct2D), serial communication protocols (e.g., RS-232/485), TCP/IP network programming, and concurrent programming models.

Job Responsibilities: 
1. Lead hardware development initiatives for track-related products, encompassing system-level hardware architecture design, component selection and qualification, schematic capture, PCB layout coordination, circuit simulation, and prototype validation. 
2. Conduct technical pre-research to identify emerging technologies and feasibility pathways for next-generation product platforms; translate findings into actionable design specifications and drive cross-functional implementation of associated hardware development plans. 
3. Provide lifecycle engineering support for existing products, including root-cause analysis and resolution of field-reported issues, as well as systematic optimization of functionality, reliability, and operational stability through design refinements and firmware-hardware co-optimization. 
 
Job Requirements: 
1. Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline; minimum one year of professional experience in embedded hardware development for industrial or safety-critical systems. 
2. Demonstrated proficiency in the design, analysis, and verification of high-complexity digital circuits—including familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, PCIe, SPI, I²C) and CPU-centric architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-M/A series, SoC-based platforms). 
3. Proven ability to independently own end-to-end hardware development—from requirements translation and conceptual design through schematic development, layout oversight, signal/power integrity assessment, and functional testing—for control units, I/O interface modules, power conversion subsystems, and analog signal conditioning circuits. 
4. Strong foundation in analog circuit design, with hands-on experience in precision amplification, active/passive filtering, sensor interfacing, and low-noise signal chain implementation. 
5. In-depth understanding of reliability engineering principles (e.g., derating, thermal management, failure mode analysis) and signal integrity fundamentals (e.g., impedance matching, crosstalk mitigation, EMI/EMC considerations), with documented application in resolving complex hardware-system integration challenges. 
6. Prior experience in the development of railway signaling or other rail transportation safety-related electronic systems is highly desirable.
